Nothing, I’m a big fan of sleeping shirtless (unless on the occasion I was at someone else’s house Pre-op who wasn’t aware of my trans status… then I unhealthy [and don’t recommend] slept in my binder).

Plus, my body temperature skyrockets like you wouldn’t believe when I’m sleeping so shirtless was and is always the way to go for me.

Oh man, honestly … I’ve tried (and wasted quite a bit of money) on a lot of them and unfortunately have never had any luck with any of them. I enjoy packing, but I could just never get the STPs to work for me, unfortunately. I’m still the dude in the stall, who if we are speaking honestly - can’t go until there is nobody else in the restroom. But, as I could never get the STPs to work I prefer it that way… I’d, personally, rather be the guy in the stall than the guy with piss running down his leg and staining his paints for the rest of the day.

However, these are the models I have bought and tried:

1.) Medicine Spoon Style
I don’t even understand how anyone gets the medicine spoon style to work - if you do, props to you cause that was just impossible for me. Plus, not comfortable to wear at all (IMO).

2.) Nipple Style
This was the one I enjoyed the most, and could get to work some of the time (however, still if I don’t have 100% accuracy, I don’t want to risk it). Also, definitely much more comfortable for everyday wear than the medicine spoon style.

3.) The Peecock
This one was the most disappointing for me (especially taking into consideration it’s cost). First of all, the color is horrible, I mean no packer has perfect coloring that will match your skin tone.. but don’t let the photos on their site deceive you, the color is just straight up bad. While the material is very comfortable for everyday wear; because it is so flexible it makes it very difficult to be a functioning STP as you have to hold it very well in place.
And the “play” functionlity.. yea, I didn’t even try, I see nothing stopping that rod from coming through the tip…
The nice thing about this one is the material, it is made from silicone so it does not get that sticky feeling that other packers/STPs tend to get, therefore it doesn’t tend to hold on to hair, lint fabric from your underwear, etc.
However, for what you pay, in my opinion even that doesn’t make it worth the investment.

So, like I said not sure how much that helps - cause I’ve unfortunately never had any luck with STPs, but if I had to recommend one I’d definitely recommend the Nipple-style. Hope that helps in some way!
